Quryltai

Quryltai is a government-backed digital platform for public consultation on legislative drafts and policy documents in Kazakhstan. It was developed to foster transparent civic engagement and enable structured public feedback on national and regional regulations.

I led the UX architecture, designed user flows for multiple roles (citizens, experts, officials), and developed a scalable visual system. The platform includes document versioning, threaded public comments, status tracking, and administrative dashboards.

The design balanced legal complexity with usability and accessibility. After a successful pilot, the platform was rolled out across 20+ regions and became a core tool for public digital dialogue.
